RSVP Required for Address and Directions
Bring your shofars and drums, and ritual dress is encouraged – but street clothes are fine. If you’ve celebrated, you know what to expect — so now you can participate even more! Like last year, we’ll be using many of the Kohenet chants and songs, which are earthy versions of Jewish chants or “Jewified Goddess Chants,” as Holly Taya Shere calls them.
After the ritual, there will be Kiddush where sweets and desserts will be served.
RSVP Required
Leave your RSVP as a comment below. Do NOT leave your phone or email in the comment field, just fill in the email field with a valid email address. RSVPs will be taken until September 28th.
Directions
Moon Meadow Acre is a private home, and so address is never published online. Hyattsville, MD is located just outside of Washington, DC. The location is NOT metro accessible or able accommodate wheelchairs (sorry!).
Within 48 hours of RSVP, we’ll email you to confirm and send you the address and directions.
Important Notes
This service will be held outside, unless it is raining. Please dress appropriately and you might want to bring a small flashlight. There will be a bonfire and use of sage and incense. There are several animal residents at Moon Meadow Acre, 2 cats and a dog, so please take allergy precautions, if necessary.

If I wasn’t a couple thousand miles away, I’d come.

I can’t think of anything more earthy than peeling a pomegranate! I love them and can’t wait for them to come into season, they’re wonderful in salads.
But for 3000 miles…
One of these days.
