I was raised in a very observant Jewish home but see myself as more Pagan and Earth-based Unitarian Universalist these days. I light my menorah (we learned that the kind used on Chanukah is specifically referred to as a chanukia) on the Solstice. every day we get a little more light, so every night another candle. this entire site has been a wonderful present for me. And, as most of these are virtual gifts that I gave to the people who read this site - a year ago - I'm not sure why you'd bother questioning it? The rest are spiritual in nature. I mean come on, it's hardly a materialistic present orgy. Plus....how did you find this page?
